Conveyor 1 = 90 degree turn conveyor to take product from Oven No.1 to the Spiral feeding conveyor. The belt width will be 500-550mm
Conveyor 2 = 90 degree turn conveyor to take product from Oven No.2 to the Spiral feeding conveyor. The belt width will be 500-550mm
Conveyor 3 = Straight running level Spiral feeding conveyor approx. 3.5m long delivering hot product to the Spiral Chiller Infeed Belt. The belt width will be 500-550mm
Conveyor 4 = Straight decline conveyor, positioned 90 degrees to the Spiral Chiller Exit Belt, taking product from approx. 2.5m height down to 0.8m over a length of 7m. The belt width will be approx. 400mm
Control Panel = Stainless steel control panel with variable speed adjustment of all conveyor drives in synchronization with the Spiral Chiller. Necessary safety system included.
