1. Profile of Trócaire
Trócaire works in partnership with a broad range of organisations in Ireland and internationally to bring about change at individual, community, societal and institutional levels. Together we tackle the root causes of poverty, not just the symptoms. Trócaire was established in 1973 and works in over 20 countries on issues including livelihoods, human rights, gender equality, HIV, climate change and emergency relief. Our programmes overseas are delivering real and tangible impact in the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable. Last year, 2.8 million people’s lives were touched and improved by the support given to them by Trócaire. This was only possible thanks to the generous support of the people of Ireland and our funders. We need to communicate the stories of the millions of people we have helped in the past and in the future, in a creative and emotive way that will connect with the Irish public. 2. Scope
We want to capture the hearts and minds of the public so they will be compelled to donate to overseas aid through Trócaire and help us with our mission. Therefore, Trócaire is seeking to meet with Creative agencies to review creative and strategic credentials with a view to working with that agency on our Marketing & Communications campaigns in the future.

3. Minimum Requirements
Interested companies should at least meet following minimum criteria:
- Representation in the Irish Market;
- Experience working with Not for Profit/Charity sector, either as an Agency or Account Team;
- Full service agency offering Creative, Strategic & Digital services;
- Operating and in Business minimum 5 years;
- Capacity to take on and prioritise Trócaire’s work;
- Proven ability to apply set of existing Brand guidelines & execute current positioning.

What information would you like included in your quotation? (Price, product & service description, reference work etc) Expressions of interest should be submitted by way of a written document and contain the following information: a) Location - Agency name, website, telephone, fax and other key contacts. - List of all other addresses. - Network Affiliation, trading agreements, trade organisation membership. b) Personnel - List of all senior management team and key department executives, incl. summary bios. Page 2 of 3 - Name, title, email address and mobile no. of prime agency contact during pitch process. c) Clients - List agency’s top 10 clients indicating tenure with agency. - List accounts won over the past 2 years with date appointed. - List accounts lost or resigned over the past two years. - Provide named referees from amongst the agency’s current clients. d) Financial - Describe agency’s ownership structure. - Financial statement for the past three years should be available on request. e) Remuneration - Detail preferred agency remuneration methodology – project, retainer fee, commission, results etc. f) Strategic Approach - Describe the processes and methods, which the agency employs to develop effective marketing & Fundraising communications. - Describe how the agency evaluates the effectiveness of its work for clients. g) Services - Summarise the range of marketing communication services the agency offers clients. - Indicate particular strengths e.g. highlight any Fundraising/Charity expertise. h) Awards - List the creative & effectiveness awards the agency has won over the past three years. i) Creative work - Provide samples of your creative work with brief rationales and evidence of effectiveness that is most appropriate to our sector.
