Full Tender Text:
1. Remove existing shower block and cart of site.

2. Construction of a shower block in accordance with the attached plans,
particulars and specification.

3. Supply and fit all plumbing ware, tiling, internal floor drainage etc.

4. Provide two instantaneous gas boilers for water heating including water
pumps, on site water storage and gas bulk tank including base and
underground duct to boiler house.

5. Laying of footpaths, foul drainage, surface water drainage, tarmac if
necessary, and make good to lawns, entrance, re-surfacing existing road
to farmyard (300sqm), fencing to caravan park (600m) etc

6. Connection to existing public sewer, mains water and surface water drain.

Please provide a detailed description of the duties required of the contractor. The Contractor will be assumed to have investigated the site thoroughly.

The Contractor shall be responsible for all insurances against all risks on site, including Public Liability and Fire Risk to date of handover.

The Contractor shall make security arrangements for the proper storage of materials on site.

The Contractor is to avoid damage to public and private property adjacent to the site and proper reinstatement of any damage caused.
The Contractor shall extend to the client any guarantees available to him on proprietary materials and fittings and shall provide the client with documentation required to take advantage of such guarantees.No extra work shall be executed without the client’s permission in writing and no claims for increases or extras will be allowed unless agreement is reached prior to execution of the works.

The security of the site shall be the responsibility of the Contractor for the duration of the Contract.

The Contractor shall make his own provisions for the necessary light and power, which may be required for the duration of the contract.

The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the setting out of the works in accordance with the written dimensions on the drawings.

Written dimensions shall take precedence over scaled dimensions.

All work and materials shall be to relevant standards and codes of practice and shall comply with Current Building Regulations

The Contractor shall note obligations, and therefore any costs rising there from, arising under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction Regulations 2013)
