Extension and refurbishment of a Community Centre
Phase 1
upgrade extension & install new toilets
Allow for Plumbing and Electrical and Gas lines work.
-strip Remove existing Roof & remove from site
take down wall height to match an existing meeting room
--Remove emergency exit doors and replace with new ones into
main hall.
--New Roof to cover all extension
new facia & soffit, gutters and Down pipes
Slab Plaster ceilings
Break out 4 new openings for ceilings & fit new Windows &
Doors.
Remove existing Floors, Dig out foundations under existing
walls. Floor insulation, lay concrete and float same.
Form new toilet areas internally, fit new doors and
hinges. Hard wall finish can connect to existing sewer.
--Form new meeting room, hard wall and finish.
Phase 2:
Remove centre wall and Centre Stage.
Allow for Plumbing and Electrical and Gas lines work.
Remove Centre wall.
Remove existing stage and strip existing kitchen.
New concrete floor under stage, insulate and float same.
Construct a new larger more centralise stage with surrounds.
Old Kitchen reformed to a meeting room to be accessed from
outside.
Lay new concrete floor to the main hall
Refabricated Court Surface.
Fit new Doors internally and externally in accordance with
Fire certs etc.
Phase 3
Change front Existing front entrance to New Kitchen.
Allow for Plumbing and Electrical and Gas lines work
Block work to extend and additional roofing needed.
Remove and gut the layout (including removal of old male
toilets)
Close existing entrance.
Lay new floor and finish of same. Hard wall and finish this
Kitchen. Replace existing Window with new one.
Upgrade existing flap door to the main Hall.
Fit new Kitchen.
Phase 4
New side Entrance from Car park.
Create new entrance and finish of same.
Block work, Roof, new inside doors. Floors.
