Item 1 New porch extension with extended roof canopy over.

This work to be built in strict compliance with the drawing details
provided and that all materials specified are constructed to a high standard of finish and appearance. Any variations to proposed method of construction to be agreed beforehand. An alternative front entrance will be used during the works by the owners. Provide solid hoarding to side passage to secure works area.

Item 2 New drinking water supply connection to water mains at rear.

Provide collared ductile iron self tapping connection to watermain
in rear garden or other suitable connection method approved by Fingal Co. Co. for metering purposes. Excavate 600mm deep trench along boundary line from main to intake point for new insulated supply pipe.
Backfill trench with weak mix concrete to levels shown on drawing and reinstate existing loose fence post with new concrete footing. Core out 100mm dia. access duct in floor as shown on drawings for new insulated intake point. Provide new stopcock, suitable for meter if necessary, and provide new electronic water conditioning unit with permanent power supply from nearest power point.

Item 3 New concrete pathway to rear.

Provide new 2.5 sqm concrete footpath abutting rear wall under kitchen window, laid to fall away from wall. Make good existing gullies and raise level with new concrete.

Item 4 New Velux rooflight and new roof mounted mechanical air extract fan.

Strip back roof sufficiently to install remote controlled Velux rooflight over bedroom complete with power supply.
Install slate insert roof mounted mech. Vent over bathroom powered by light switch operation.


Item 5 Vehicular access dishing to footpath.

Provide dished footpath to Fingal Co.Co. specification and licence.
